YouthOn runs digital operations for businesses and youth organizations. We set up and manage Google Workspace, provide work tools we build ourselves (Toolbox and the GROVES platforms), and purchase the software you need on your behalf and apply the licenses.

- Software is purchased one month at a time at the list price plus a 10% procurement fee and VAT (the final supply price is confirmed at quotation). Youth-organization operating fees are shown after organization verification, and every GROVES platform has a free tier.

Why we started
Youth organizations are neither schools nor ordinary businesses. As a result, they are often excluded from both vendor education pricing and business sales programs. YouthOn was created by someone who experienced that gap firsthand and wanted to fill it.
Business Edition
The standard edition for selecting the software you need and creating quotations based on account count and term.
Youth Organization Edition
An edition that covers not only licenses but also account and workspace operations.
How we work
We show the conditions first so organization administrators can make informed decisions.
We also tell you what cannot be done
If a vendor's policy does not extend organization terms to a product, we tell you clearly. We distinguish what YouthOn can control from what we cannot discount at our own discretion.
Only what you need
Purchase monthly. We try to keep you from paying for features you do not use.
Use your organization's existing accounting process
Automatically issue quotations for internal approval, support card · bank transfer · deferred payment, and provide the appropriate expense documentation.
Support after adoption
When the administrator changes, we replace the account, and we notify you 30 days before expiration. Requested features are reviewed for future development.
We publish the standard as it is
We take only what is needed and encrypt it in transit and at rest. The admin console opens only after a second factor. Standards we have not met yet are stated openly too. Learn more
We are pursuing partnerships
We continuously discuss partnerships with various services and platforms. To prevent youth organizations from being excluded from education eligibility, we explain the nature of the organizations to vendors and request separate terms.
