YouthOn

What YouthOn does, who uses it, and how to start.

What does YouthOn do?
YouthOn runs digital operations for businesses and youth organizations from one point of contact. It provides three things.
  • Google Workspace setup and management — organization-domain email provisioning and migration, YouthOn unified SSO, a mail relay server, in-house add-ons, and monthly management (including Toolbox, a console of document tools)
  • Work tools we build ourselves — the 17 GROVES platforms (application forms, reservations, text messaging, unified sign-in, and more)
  • Software procurement — we buy 57 services on your behalf, one month at a time, and apply the licenses to the accounts you choose
See What we do for details.
Can I use only the services I need?
Yes. Each service can be used on its own. You can buy software only, or hand over Google Workspace setup and management only. For software, add items in the catalog and a quotation is generated right away without signing up; for Workspace and tools, start with an enquiry.
Who can use YouthOn?
Businesses, general organizations, and youth organizations. Youth organizations see youth-organization prices and operating fees after completing organization verification with a business registration document.

Purchase · Payment

Guidance on software purchases, quotations, payments, and cancellations.

What software can I purchase?
We carry 57 services, including Adobe, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Canva, and Figma. Select the products and quantities you need and a quotation is issued automatically. If software is not listed, leave it on the request page and we will check supply availability and respond.
Do I have to sign a one-year contract?
No. You can pay monthly, buying and renewing only what you need. There is no need to sign a one-year commitment for a three-month program.
How do I receive a quotation?
Add services from the catalog and set the quantity and months of use. A quotation is generated immediately. Choose between a consolidated quotation and a quotation by service, then print it or save it as a PDF for internal approval. It is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
What payment methods are available?
There are three.
  • Card payment — corporate cards accepted. Provisioning begins immediately upon approval, so this is the fastest method
  • Bank transfer — a tax invoice is issued
  • Deferred payment — use first, then pay according to the organization's settlement schedule
See the purchase process for details.
If I pay by card, can I also receive a tax invoice?
No. A credit card receipt is valid expense documentation, so a duplicate tax invoice is not issued. If your organization must process the expense using a tax invoice, choose bank transfer.
Can I cancel a purchase or receive a refund?
You may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days from the date the contract details become available. However, this may be limited once a license has already been provisioned and use has begun. These conditions are disclosed at the quotation stage before purchase. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the standard.

Accounts · Licenses

Guidance on how licenses are applied and accounts are managed.

Can I keep my current email and receive only the license?
Yes. We apply the purchased license directly to your existing work email without requiring a new signup. Because no new account is created, your existing settings and stored data remain intact.
How does YouthOn SSO work?
Assign licenses to users in the organization's single sign-on and revoke them immediately when someone leaves or transfers. If you do not yet have single sign-on, it can be configured together with Google Workspace provisioning.
What if I do not have an account at all?
We issue a new YouthOn-issued account and deliver it together with the license. You receive the ID, temporary password, and expiration date by link, then change the password at first login. This is suitable for short-term programs or temporary youth participant accounts.
What happens to the license when the administrator or user changes?
You do not repurchase. Licenses belong to the organization rather than a person, so replacing the target account lets you continue using the remaining term. Some products have vendor-defined transfer intervals, and those conditions are explained at the quotation stage.
How do I know the next payment date?
Open My Page and the next scheduled payment date and amount to be charged that day are shown at the top. Payment dates for individual items are also available in a table.
  • 7 days before payment — we email the amount to be charged in advance
  • 30 days before expiration — we separately remind you to decide whether to renew
The payment date is the same date each month based on the day payment was confirmed. This lets you plan budget execution in advance and prevents unexpected charges.
What happens when a license expires?
You receive renewal guidance 30 days before expiration and, separately, a billing notice 7 days before the next payment date. Upcoming licenses and payment/expiration dates can be checked in My Page. If you take no action, the service ends on the expiration date. If card auto-payment is enabled, it renews without interruption and can be disabled anytime.

Youth Organizations

Conditions and verification procedures for youth organizations.

Can youth organizations really buy at lower prices?
The operations fees set directly by YouthOn (see the setup and management fees, shown to verified organizations) — are honored as shown. However, pricing for the software itself follows the terms YouthOn has arranged directly with each vendor. Some products may not include youth organizations, and YouthOn cannot apply arbitrary discounts. Eligibility is checked by product at the quotation stage.
How can you make it cheaper?
There are four mechanisms.
  • We find and apply vendors' youth-organization terms product by product
  • We plan group purchasing across organizations (none contracted yet)
  • We standardize setup to reduce implementation labor
  • Beta tester organizations receive 80% off one-time items
See the Youth Organizations page for details.
What is the beta tester discount?
Organizations participating as beta testers receive 80% off one-time items such as organization base setup and workspace provisioning. The discount period is at least one year and may be extended, and the same discount applies to participation fees for newly launched services.
Can we use Goodnotes Education?
Not available through YouthOn yet. Goodnotes Education is a product we have not opened yet. Because many organizations ask about it, leave a request and we will check the vendor's eligibility criteria and application process and respond. The vendor determines eligibility, so YouthOn cannot apply it at its own discretion.
Can you check education editions for other services?
Education and organization terms for youth organizations vary by product. YouthOn researches product-specific eligibility in advance and submits supporting documents on your behalf when applicable. If the service you need is not in the catalog, leave a request— we will first check whether organization terms may apply and respond within 3 business days.
Will the number of supported services keep growing?
Expanding them is part of YouthOn's job. We are continuously discussing partnerships with multiple services and platforms, explaining the nature and activities of youth organizations so they are not excluded from education eligibility, and requesting separate terms. Services with the most organization requests are prioritized. If an agreement ultimately cannot be reached or no suitable tool exists, we build it ourselves under GROVES.
How do we complete organization verification?
Go to My Page → Organization Verification and submit a business registration certificate, unique-number certificate, or other proof of organization eligibility. Dedicated terms are applied after review. If a vendor requires additional documentation for a product, YouthOn submits it on your behalf.

Google Workspace

Guidance on organization email and collaboration provisioning and operations.

What are the provisioning and management costs?
There is a one-time initial setup fee and a monthly management fee. Amounts are listed on the setup and management fees page and shown to verified organizations. Google account fees are separate and start at KRW 8,400 for Business Starter.
Is the SSO here Google SSO?
No. It is YouthOn's own single sign-on. Google SSO only integrates Google services, while YouthOn SSO connects services outside Google — such as ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe, and Zoom — through one organization account.
Can you keep organization email out of spam folders?
The mail relay server manages SPF · DKIM · DMARC domain authentication, sender reputation, and spam exceptions for bulk sending to protect deliverability. It is provided to organizations using the managed service.
Can existing email and files be moved to the new accounts?
Yes. Workspace provisioning includes migration support for existing email, contacts, calendars, and Drive files.

GROVES Platforms

Guidance on services built directly by YouthOn.

How is GROVES different from procurement?
Procurement means buying software made by others on the organization's behalf, while GROVES consists of 17 SaaS products built and sold directly by YouthOn . Because YouthOn controls pricing policy and the feature roadmap, organization requests can be reflected directly. See the full list and pricing on the GROVES page.
Can we try them for free?
All 17 services have free tiers. Start without registering a credit card and receive paid-conversion guidance only when you exceed the limit. Examples: AuthHub 10K MAU free, FleetLite up to 10 devices free, FormLoop unlimited responses free.
What determines pricing?
It differs by service, and each platform card and detail page states the pricing metric. The key point is that anything not listed as a pricing metric does not increase the price no matter how much it grows — FormLoop does not bill by response count, CRM does not bill by stored contact count, and Deskline does not bill by ticket count.
