How licenses are
provisioned after payment
YOUTHON purchases software on your behalf and applies licenses to accounts designated by the organization. There is no need to sign up again or prepare an overseas payment method. Below is the actual process from payment confirmation to delivery to the administrator.

The administrator receives account information through one link, changes the password at first login, and starts using it immediately.
Open the link
Open the delivered link and complete administrator verification.
Check the information
Check the ID, temporary password, and expiration date.
Change the password
Change the password at first login and begin using the account.
When the administrator changes
Licenses belong to the organization, not to an individual. You do not repurchase just because the user changes.
Change the target to a new address
Provide the new administrator email and we change the license target.
Revoke and reassign
Revoke access from the previous user and assign it to the new SSO account.
Transfer the account
Keep the account and data intact and transfer only the access rights.
· Some products have vendor-defined limits on how often licenses can be transferred or minimum holding periods. These conditions are explained by product at the quotation stage.
· Automatic assignment through YOUTHON SSO is available when the organization operates single sign-on. If not yet configured, it can be set up together with Google Workspace provisioning.
· Enterprise products without confirmed unit pricing are not assigned an arbitrary price and are handled by separate quotation.
