License Methods

3 Application Methods

Choose one of three methods based on the organization's situation. Each method produces a different provisioning result and has a different process for later account changes.

Existing Email

Keep the work account you already use

Keep your current work email or service account and apply only the license after payment is confirmed. Because no new account is created, no data migration is required.

  • Provisioning resultThe email is immediately upgraded to a paid account
  • Keep existing settings, work environment, and stored data
  • When the administrator changes, request a target change to the new email address

YOUTHON SSO

Connect organization single sign-on

Connect licenses to users in the organization's single sign-on. When the administrator designates users in the console, access is granted to those users, and revocation is handled from the same place.

  • Provisioning resultAccess is automatically granted to designated SSO users
  • Check license status and usage period for each account in one place
  • Revoke immediately on resignation or transfer and reassign to another user

New YOUTHON-Issued Account

Issue a new account when none is available

When there is no usable email or service account, create a new account, apply the license, and deliver it. This is suitable for short-term programs or temporary accounts for youth participants.

  • Provisioning resultID, temporary password, and expiration date delivered by link
  • Administrator takes over after changing the password at first login
  • Can later convert to an existing email or YOUTHON SSO account
